Female needs help!
My husband and I live in Louisiana and he has been a diehard Steelers fan his entire life. He's never been to any pro game. I'm surprising him with tickets to the Steelers/ Patriots game. Our seats are section 535 row F. Now I'm worried that these seats are nosebleed. I think I can resell them. Would anyone suggest better seats? I want him to have the best experience, but I still need to send my kids to college:). Also, I wanted us to do the Heinz field tour but it says tours stop the day before we get there! Would it be worth getting there a day early to see the stadium, or will we be able to see much of the same stuff on game day?

Wow, I just looked up the tour information, and I never knew it was so cheap. I'd say, if you have the extra time to come up a day early, go for it. There's a lot of stuff that they take you through that you won't get to see on gameday...and even for the stuff you will get to see on gameday, you won't have to deal with getting around crowds of people.
As for the seats, they are at least decent upper level seats (you can still see the scoreboard and it's on the home side). I'm sure you'd have no problem selling the tickets (I'm so jealous you're coming to the Pats game!), but I'm not exactly sure what the price ranges are for other seats.
Here's a couple of sites though (with interactive seating charts) that should be of some help.
Thanks for joining, and hope you have a great time at the game and in the city!
*edit* One thing I've noticed, and I don't know how I didn't pick up on this before, but sitting on the away teams side is much, much cheaper...even for lower level, near 50 yard line seats. If you're looking for great seats, but don't think that being on the Pats side would be a huge deal, I'd go that route.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause and effect, but actually from a non-linear non-subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey...stuff.

Man, from the title of this thread I was expecting something else!
I can't help you with the seating question, but I can tell you that the tour is well worth it. I got to go on it about a year ago and it was super cool. You get to tour the press box, the tunnels, both locker rooms, the field level and much more. It was one of the neatest experiences of my life. I highly recommend it.
Welcome to the board!
