Sad that a moderator can get so mad when someone expresses an opinion that's different from his. So this is my last post on this site which sucks because there are some good posters on here. Although I'm a bit surprised that Looney got shytcanned this soon, it's not like any of us didn't see it coming. There's nothing wrong with asking members to make even the vaguest attempt at being likable. He did nothing of the sort.

Whether it was his post-whoring, his persistent (and bizarre) claims of "owning" pretty much anyone who ever responded to him, patting himself on the back until the bruises were showing, putting down all of us "homers" for disagreeing with him, or just trashing the site generally, whatever... he had it coming.

Tony's got thick skin. Minus the 'bots and the spammers, his ban list seems pretty damned small and quite reasonable, especially compared to the previous regime here. You can say Looney hadn't yet earned it, but I think the writing was on the wall. It was coming sooner or later.
