Default Notable Players on FA now

OT Ed Wang (Buffalo)
DL Igor Olshansky (Dallas)
WR Derrick Williams (Detroit)
FB Lousaka Polite (MIami)
S Brandon Meriweather (New England)
LB Greg Lloyd Jr (Philadelphia)
OL Mike McGlynn (Philadelphia)
OL Fenuki Tupou (Philadelphia)

I don't see the Steelers signing any of them...but I would love to see McGlynn in the Burgh, he is a good lineman and can play tackle to center. Like I said, I know they won't sign any...just wanted to see what people thought of some of these cuts.

OL Mike McGlynn (Philadelphia) or Chris Scott? McGlynn certainly had a better draft profile then Scott.

And many people connected OL Fenuki Tupou (Philadelphia) to the Steelers back when he was drafted.

Chris Scott could easily be waived and signed to the practice squad if a better option is there for the Steelers.

Maybe this is why

Mike McGlynn - He played horribly in the first preseason game against the Ravens and never really got much of a shot after that. McGlynn was OK at center last season, but apparently never showed Howard Mudd much at guard. He played center and tackle in the final preseason game, perhaps trying to show on tape that he can be versatile.

Would have been nice to sign Waters at guard, but the Cheats beat us to it.

I know we are loaded at WR but would love derrick williams. He was carzy for penn state. Very quick could do everything just like wallace would be a great reaturn guy. Its nice to dream though.
