It may be exactly what we need. We hopefully sign Flo. Of course, I'm banking that he performs as well as last year...and while not perfect, better than Colon IMO. Either that or it forces Tomlin to play Gilbert, he gets a couple of games under his belt against Seattle and the Colts before meeting Houston, and maybe develops throughout the year to be a starting caliber OT. That's a lot of "ifs", I know...but I'm trying to hold on to hope!

In Hindsight wouldn't our line look better today if Bryant Mckinnie, Kemoeatu, Pouncey, Andre Gurode, and Flozell Adams were playing right now. 4 out of 5 are former pro bowlers.

Will still have a roster spot free so why not bring in Flozell or Starks? Whoever is in better shape. And how about Mike McGlynn formerly of Pitt and the Philadelphia Eagles to be a backup or RG starter as he can play all the positions on the line. Cut Chris Scott to make room for him or anyone who can actually play now.
