I personally dont think there should be 5 trophies on them. That is just my opinion none of these players from this era should be honered for winning those super bowls.

Absolutely...SB rings aren't supposed to be ghetto bling.

Exactly!!

I think the rings look great.
Keeping in typical Steeler style.......there's nothing over the top flashy or gawdy about them and they don't look like they're made to be worn on two fingers at the same time like some of the ones made within the last ten years.

Thats a good point I think, but having looked at pictures of all the SB rings to date most teams seem to put all the franchise rings on each ring.

From what I understand some of the players from the past did receive the ring also, and they did not win all of them either. It is just a team thing and none of us will be privy to all the whys and why nots one did or did not receive a ring. I like them.

I believe I heard that when Denver won their first Superbowl a few of the old time Broncos got complimentary rings.......Tom Jackson, Karl Mecklenberg...etc.

Lets not forget though, that this is a Rooney owned team forever. And it is the Rooneys 5th!

"Big Ben" would be more than appropriate.
