Wow, that's too bad. I think Ben turned out pretty good in life considering that tramatic life changing experience he had to go through.

I just hope the commercials aren't as lame as the McNabb ones. Good Lord I'm sick of those. I'm stuck in Eagleland and it was a constant barrage of those stupid f'ing commercials all football season.

Hey, I liked the campbells commercials, the Geico commercials and even the Coors Light commercial with the pats (only because I thought the train looked cool). I think it'll be cool to finally see some Steelers get some ad/face/air time and some recognition for what they've earned.

Ben was 8 when his mother was killed in an accident. And when he points the sky it is to pay tribute to her.
Here is a very good article with the whole story http://www.enlaredo.com/site/news.cf...d=226957&rfi=6

He's ready, Steelers fans. His ordeal over, his return will be complete come Saturday in Arizona, when football again becomes the focus and a career briefly interrupted resumes.

Amen to that, buddy! "Roast duck with mango salsa" gets me every time! Then again, I only see it one or twice a month

Oh man.... out here near Philly those freakin commercials would sometimes air one right after the other at every commercial break. They were shoving that soup down our throats.

Every other ad during the past season was that DAMN McNabb-Chunky Soup commercial.
I've learned to really hate Donovan McNabb for no other reason than those stupid commercials.

I do find it kind of amusing in the one commercial when he is doing a half prance-half run when he's trying to get away from people dressed in Browns uniforms.
