Gruden signed an exclusive 5 year deal to stay on MNF, so I doubt he is going anywhere but the booth.

I liked Cowher A LOT. That said, there is nothing he can do for that horrible team. They have been bad for a while, they haven't had a decent QB since Marino, their defense always gives up huge yardage, and the FO doesn't seem to have interest in keeping anybody on the team for some consistancy. IMO, he would be smart to stay away from Miami.
