Actually the way Omar plays he reminds me of Ben Roethlisberger. They are built about the same. Both are not scramblers but are mobile enough to escape the pass rush and throw well on the run. Also they both played in the Mac. One difference though Omar has that funky throwing motion.

His mechanics aside,..i'd say Marsha (Tom) Brady. I know it sounds crazy to some but he was very underated to have gone as low as he did in this years Draft. His level headedness, decision making and accuracy (which is uncanny) are my reasoning. I can't wait to see him in the Pre Season.

I dont think it sounds that crazy to be honest. Who wouuld have thought Brady would amounted to anything in this league when he was drafted. I still say the Joe Montana comparisons are crazy. We will see how well Brady does without his savior Viniateri this year.

About the Jacobs question...I would say he def is a Big Ben type QB. I like the fact that he will probably be backcing Ben up after the 07 season.

What, Viniateri being Tom Brady's savior. Who drove the Pats down the field for those winning scores? That was Tom Brady. I hate Brady but come on the guy is a very special QB. One of only four QB' to win 3 or more Super Bowl. I think being in the company of Terry Bradshaw, Joe Montana and Troy Aikman makes you special.

Tom has passed for 18,000 yards while completing 62 percent of his passes. His TD/INT ratio is an impressive 123/66. Not to mention his impressive 10-1 record in the post season. He is one of the best ever already.

Also one other point Adam Viniateri is a great clutch kicker no doubt. Probally the best ever. But that range you talk about Adam has declined. Since 2003 Adam is 0-4 from field goals 50 yards or more.

Its cool when someone can admit a dislike for a team/ player and still give them their due.

It will be interesting to see how AV looks this year - he missed a few potentially clutch ones last year - a couple in the Denver game if I remember right.
