Default Denver's enilation tonight should send shockwave thoughout the Steelers Organization.

I am sure Mr. Rooney was watching the game tonight and looked toward or called to coach Tomlin, Arians, and LeBeau and said "Waa, waa, what happened to us against these guys?" "Are you kidding me?". They look like a broke Nebraska team circa 1995 with Tommie Frazier under center...passing threat at minimum. But somehow Steve Young geared up in Denver, if only for one game.

whats worse then there offense completly destroying Denver was there 31st ranked defense totally shutting Tebow down and making him look like a High School kid trying to play against NFL men. our coaches really need to wake up, DL's defensive game plan was horrible

That one will definitely prolong Tomlin's agony into the off-season , as it should, so wake UP ! Mikey.

Nebraska wasn't broke in 1995. If by chance you are referring to 2009, 2010, 2011, I would agree (horrible offense with a bad QB).

Trib-Review's beat reporter for the Steelers certainly agrees

@ScottBrown_Trib Scott Brown
Total indictment of Steelers, coaches and players, given what is happening in Foxboro.

If losing last week was not a wake-up call maybe last night''s confirmation as to how bad Denver was during the last month except for the Steelers game (blowout loss at home to New England/blowout loss on the road to Buffalo/loss at home to KC while scoring 3 points/blowout playoff loss at New England) will set off the alarm

I think the trouncing that Denver took last night was the best thing that could have happened to the Steelers.
Now, it's obvious to everyone that we SHOULDN'T have lost to the Broncos and it was a complete collective failure on both sides of the ball, starting at the top of the organization ie: coaching.
Lack of preparation, lack of motivation, poor offensive schemes, terrible defensive schemes, awful clock management ........
The injuries do not explain this loss.

Lots of work in the off-season for the Steelers but I'm not confident we will fill the gap with the offensive powerhouses in the NFL as long as we keep our incompetent OC.

If last night's result doesn't underscore how "undercoached" we are, nothing will.
Tomlin is a motivator and a leader, two very important aspects to being a successful coach. But up to now that's about all I've seen. In game adjustments, huddling with players and coaching them (not just talking to them)....I'm sorry, just don't see it. The game as it stands now is not just about "imposing your will" on your opponents.....remember they have "wills" too. They wouldn't be in the NFL if they were "weak-willed."
It's about game planning, exploiting match-ups, and most importantly making in game adjustments which we never seem to do. "Oh, the third bubble screen to Hines didn't work....we didn't execute it that's all.....let's try it again."
Getting rid of BA would have been the first/best logical move......didn't happen......not surprised.

I completely agree that this loss is a slap in the face to us. But its great to see Tebow practically blaming his whole team for the loss even though he actually never said it. His body language was enough to say it. I watched some of the game and everytime TEBOW made a bad play he would yell at someone. He is a pathetic QB and really sucks that they beat us, because he played like crap against us except for the fact that since he is a QB he should be able to throw the ball long and thats what he did. A hurt Byron Leftwich could have made the same throws Tebow made against us.

I am just hoping T.J. Yates can pull off a "Miracle at the Bank!" he needs to cash in big time as many times as he can just hold that ball as long as he can. If he can utilize O. Daniels and the RB's in the short passing game, Baltimore and that doucher T-Suckles will be staying begging us to invite them to our Super Bowl Party

even a blind squirrel can eventually find his nut... unfortunately for us, Tebow found his last Sunday.
