Fried Cream Cheese Crackers

one of my mothers specialties:

take two saltines. spread butter on one. cream cheese on the other. dip in egg.
fry it in more butter. make about 40 of them. mmmmmmm

probably why they are dead now.

just dont forget to dip them in eggs like you were making french toast. i did that once and yuk!@ too dry and burndt tasting ( i sound like a woman)

Pour the remaining butter into a large glass, add half & half and heavy cream...stir... dunk your crackers in it. .......... (

my Dad taught me how yummy it was to pour heavy cream into your grape nuts.
i kid you not, its the most awesome bowl of cereal you will ever have.

Something else that is really good and sounds horrible is ketchup mixed into cottage cheese........I swear it is awesome. Also, if you don't have any gravy for your mashed potatoes open a can of creamed corn............mmmmmmmmmmm delicious!
