Got it; Warren Heller.

There is a famous clip that is shown every now and then that demonstrates both how close and how far the Steelers of the late '60s and early '70s were from being really good. In it, a Steelers player is running in the open field for a touchdown... and then he inexplicably spikes the ball at the 10 yard line!

Who is that player?
