Default FA Kickers?

There is much out there.

However, I sure hope we are not planning on riding Suisham. I watched last years SB last night on ESPN in part. Caught the kick. Painful.. Not to mention this years stuff, and even this years non attempts due to range.

Rackers would be nice, but pricey. Not sure who else is viable on the list.

Kapinos should be lept as he is way cheaper, and kicks just about right into our coverage. Use the savings for a kicker with range.

Punters:

Mat McBriar (DAL)
Matt Turk (JAC)
Daniel Sepulveda (PIT)
Donnie Jones (STL)

Kickers:

Jay Feely (ARZ)
Rian Lindell (BUF)
Mike Nugent (CIN)
Phil Dawson (CLE)
Neil Rackers (HOU)
Josh Scobee (JAC)
Nick Folk (NYJ)
Connor Barth (TB)
Ryan Succop (KC) - Restricted
Graham Gano (WAS) - Restricted

Yeah Suisham is pretty bad. He misses A LOT of kicks that are short for nfl kickers and his range is so short that we often punt between the 35-40. Of course a 45+ yard FG isnt a garuantee, but attempting it with a capable kicker is a hell of a lot better than punting.

Hold a tryout in the cold and rain, see how they kick with some wind. Heinz is not an easy place to kick

Id take him over our retard...

For real I would like to for once have a guy that can kick it out the endzone... even when we have good kickers they have no leg... It would be nice to never have to worry about a return... I still get nervous when we kick off but not near as bad as I use to when the ball was spotted on the 30... anyway... I want someone with some leg man maybe even hit a 50 yarder from time to time

We picked up Suisham because he was one of the few available during the time Jeff Reed did a 180 from good kicker to game "coster".

I wish we could get Succop from KC..

The guy is clutch and got plenty of practice with the Chiefs kicking FG's last year, haha.

Is there any kickers in the draft worth looking for?
