3 to be 4, you ever see the two part series on HBO with Paul Newman called "Empire Falls"? Ed Harris (very underrated in my opinion), Philip Seymour Hoffman and Paul Newman do one hell of a job. Good stuff.

I know this is about movies, but real quick question. Did anyone watch the series Over There that was on FX last year? That was a kick ass show and I haven't heard whether or not if it's coming back.

Well...youre entitled to your opinion....

I thought it hit home about how some of these 17-18 yr old kids are heaped with an incredible amount of pressure and expectations...many are forced to grow up while under the microscope....

I grew up in a Western PA town in the mid 70's where the community lived and breathed on how the High School team performed on Friday nights...I lived this...so yeah..it hit home with me...

To quote the movie:

"We're 17!!...we should be having fun!!"

"Do you feel like you're 17??"

good stuff

yah i guess, my grandfather and my uncle are hs coachs, but always in big suburbs in the WPIAL, and I myself played in a large suburb in the WPIAL, so it didn't really hit home to me, and I just didn't enjoy watching the movie, the plot was good, i didn't like the visual aspects of it, the game-play was horrible IMO
