Dontay Moch ran a 4.44 last year at the combine. Speed isnt everything.
Irvin was a highschool dropout, drug dealer and did time for armed robbery. If he checks out, might see him in B&G, but if not, he can catch up with Pacman Jones and "make it rain at the scrip club"
