Season Tickets Arrived Today!!

I'm so pumped. Question..........Any other season ticket holders find the face of the tickets sort of plain/bland compared to years past? Maybe it's just me?

For the record, players on the face of season tickets this season:

Preseason 1: Casey Hampton

Preseason 2: Ike Taylor

Home Game 1: Hines Ward

Home Game 2: James Farrior

Home Game 3: Willie Parker

Home Game 4: Troy Polamalu

Home Game 5: Ben Roethlisberger

Home Game 6: Joey Porter

Home Game 7: Alan Faneca

Home Game 8: Jeff Hartings

Good stuff. It's almost that time baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't get mine today so that means they'll be here tomorrow or Saturday.

The Steelers didn't happen to do anything revolutionary like perforate the tickets so the people who take the tickets at the gates don't have to tear the hell out of them and give you back a mangled stub???

Nope. Seem clean to me. A normal marker rub should do the job. With the exception of the Steeler logo being 3d, it's pretty plain and simple.

Do the tickets at least acknowledge that they're Superbowl Champions and/or have a Lombardi Trophy Logo??

Neither.........and that's my point. Pretty damn plain. All they have is the player and the Steeler logo.

That's total BS!!

I love the Rooney's but sometimes the "Let's be humble and not draw attention to ourselves Code of Behavior" grows a bit thin. I say that because I'm sure they have some or total imput on the ticket design.

Hell, even those scumbag Ravens put "World Champions" along with a Lombardi Trophy on the their tickets the year after they won.

Same here brother. I'm not asking for a replica Super Bowl Ring attached to the tickets, but I thought a little "Super Bowl XL Champions" logo on the bottom of the ticket would have been a nice touch.

But nevermind the Lombardi trophy or XL Champions logo, these tickets compared to last year and years past are completely plain and dull. Like I said......player and logo only.

Yeah but other fans have to be reminded that their team won the Super Bowl. Everyone in the world knows Steelers Nations and why should the tickets have to say Super Bowl Champions when WE will tell it from sea to shining sea!
