I respect your views, but Ben will be at or close to the top of his game for at least the next 5 seasons. It would be too early to draft his replacement during the next two drafts. In today's NFL culture in which rookie quarterbacks - Ryan, Newton, Flacco, Dalton to name a few - can contribute significantly in their first year (a movement which Ben pioneered, incidentally), you can't expect the QB of the future to sit for 3 seasons before he gets a chance to play. I would say that sometime toward the end of Ben's career we should trade up in the draft to select an elite QB. That is, if we don't have a down season somewhere along the line that puts us in a natural position to draft one (knock on wood).
