Old News- Hines got a DUI, video released

Just heard it on the radio this morning. Sad to hear. I feel like he's depressed from being let go and facing the fact that his football days are over

I think that DUI was from way back last year.

Either way how does a police video get released to the public?

Yeah im not sure how the video somehow got into the hands of the media. The radio said they had the dash cam footage. hines might have a lawsuit on his hands against the police

He plea bargained to reckless driving. As the Vid shows he was trashed, like to see guys getting a break, but you or i would have been taken to the cleaners!

I like to see people get breaks too, we all make mistakes.
But NOT with DUI.
As you so correctly pointed out, you and I are done. No breaks there for either one of us.
Most importantly he could have maimed or killed someone.
No breaks are deserved there. It's that serious.
