That's ****ing goofy and just CAN'T be right. First 6 games of the season, and 5 of them we play on the damn road? That's messed up, no way. I bet their still moving things around. I expect a more tidying up with a better mix of home/away games in between. 5/6 games to start on the road is downright ridiculous.

I'm having trouble believing that any one team will have their home opener the past weekend of the first month. And also having one road game the first six weeks. But the link you gave did provide a whole lot of information. So we shall see.

Also, Pittsburgh @ Dallas should be takin' FULL ADVANTAGE of. Possibly the 2 teams with the most history in different Conference's with the the deepest tradition and championship history. That needs to be a Sunday/Monday Night game.

The more and more I look at it, the more I think it's bullshit. Why have the Steelers @ Giants on a THURSDAY NIGHT only on NFLN? That game is a marquee matchup between two of the top 5 elite QB's in the league in Roethlisberger VS Manning, not to mention 2 Super Bowl rings vs 2 Super Bowl rings within the 2004 NFL Draft class. Why put that game on NFLN and bone so many fans in the process and risk losing major ratings?

Late in the year Thursday Night games are meant for middle of the road teams, like say, Jacksonville or Cleveland to have a "spot" against a premier team.
