Default 2004 off season wrap up

http://secure2.steelers.com/article/53964/

It's a fairly long article, so I posted up the link for ya, but here's a tidbit..

Coach Bill Cowher: O.K., obviously we didn?t have practice today. It?s a little part of tradition that I would have had mutiny if I?d have asked them to go out today. We have a very good off-season program. Participation has been excellent. And what?s more important is that the work that?s been done on the field has been very good. It?s been focused work, there?s been good energy. And we got some things accomplished. Certainly, what happens now, before training camp, in the next six weeks is critical, as I told the players this morning. There?s no short cuts and it?s not going to be easy but that?s what separates these guys from other players. They want to be the best and make the sacrifice. Training camp will be very competitive. I think we know what?s ahead of us. Now we just have to let time run its course.

I believe I saw that he was a little banged up at seasons end so he is a little behind, That may be good though, he usually shows up in good shape the by Oct looks heavy again, maybe this will be a little delay in his belly growing.
