Don't know why we drafted him. We could have had him as a free agent I think. I guess the he must have made an impression during his visit.

After signing Pope, this guy definitely comes off as a practice squad player. Miller, Pope, and Saunders will all make the team no question.

we could have only had him as an UDFA if he had chosen to sign with us, this way it assures we have good depth at TE in training camp with Weslye Saunders suspended for the first four games of the season.

sounds like a candidate to be groomed on the practice squad...
