I guess Harbaugh is still taking the AFC championship game choke prettty hard
![]() The Baltimore Ravens released former Pro Bowl kicker Billy Cundiff Sunday morning, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.... Cundiff made 28 of his 37 attempts last season but missed a 32-yard attempt in the final minute of the AFC Championship Game against the New England Patriots that would have tied the game. He has been in a competition with undrafted rookie Justin Tucker, who did all the kicking in Baltimore's last preseason game Thursday night and was successful on a 53-yard field goal attempt. Cundiff on Thursday said he was "shocked" when told of the team's decision the night before the game but refused to read too much into being sat down for the entire game. Reciting his statistics over the past two seasons -- making 90 percent of his kicks inside the 50-yard line, going 12 of 13 in the playoffs and recording the most touchbacks over that span -- Cundiff said his track record should speak for itself. http://espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp1...ff-source-says |
