Default Paul Ryan- Millions of college graduates cant find jobs they studied for

Millions of young Americans have graduated from college during the Obama presidency, ready to use their gifts and get moving in life. Half of them canít find the work they studied for, or any work at all.

while doing 15 second keg stands is certainly a "gift" it should come as no suprise that the beer bong and beer pong industry is overly saturated during these hard times.

the selling of college educations has been 1 of the greatest rackets for years. many 4 year degrees havent been worth jack in the real job market since long before obama.

There is no such thing as a waste of any education at any point in life. Take pleasure in knowledge for its own sake.

Knowledge for its own sake is a noble goal but American education has marketed the cost of up to $50K per year for a degree as the way to snag that corner office and a sweet piece of the American dream.

Government funded enterprises like Phoenix and AIU are not marketing knowledge for its own sake, at least based on the ads I have seen

Doonesbury did a nice job of skewering the for profit education mills

No they aren't. But who cares? Knowledge for its own sake is a personal thing. Its something that shouldn't be avoided because of the crassness of a marketing department.
