Have a chance to get some tickets in section 536. I've never sat upper level but it says row f, but the seller commented that it's the first row of the section. Anybody know any different? I thought it went A -Z, then AA, BB, CC and so on. Is the upper deck the same?

Well row F means you'll be on the rail. When you walk through the tunnel and onto the concourse in the upper deck, for F is the first row up the steps on the rail. Row A-E are down the steps so the walkway around the upper level is between rows E and F. The cement is 6 ft. high, so your view won't be blocked and you will be on the rail.
