The Philadelphia Eagles took a hit in the NFL power rankings going into Week 4. But if they lost to the New York Giants on Sept. 30, Eagles fans like myself would freak out over more than rankings. However, Philadelphia survived New York by mere inches and got to keep their place in the NFL top 10 for now - though there wasn't much room to move up.
