Best part of Steelers week 4 bye

they wont have to take part in the ball washing, nut hugging, pole polishing, salad tossing, back slapping, welcome back to regular refs tour, that 28 other teams will be engaged in.

after a weeks worth of platitudes are heaved upon them, the steelers can simply and politely greet the zebras before the game, just like they would on any other occasion w/o waving the palm fronds.

The Baltimorons certainly couldn't have buttered them up any more. You'd think we just watched Roberto Clemente tip his hat one final time . . .sheesh.

Harbaugh's greeting was a bit much - although, he is known for his mid-season gatorade baths, so that shouldn't surprise many. - "It was a man-hug," said Harbaugh.

Best part about the Bye is one week where the Steelers do not blow another 4th quarter lead for a loss.

that just means one extra week of people whining, bitching, complaining, and moaning about last weeks loss.

i dont see anything good (let alone "best") about that.

I hate Steelers bye week. But at least we get it over with early this year so they will play every week from here on out.

Good point, but watching the team we just lost to get blown out in their next game doesn't make it seem any better.

no kidding, Raiders just lost 37-6, were 1 out of 13 on third down conversions and are now 1-3.

hard to believe we lost to that crappy team...
