I thought BA snuck into the building, and tied Todd Haley up, and took over he playcalling. Todd Haley has some good qualities, but he needs to turn it up a notch, and knock off the conservative playcalling bullshit.

Thanks thats all im trying to say. YEA Haley lookin out for Ben not to get hurt but at 2-2 you gotta roll the dice a little. Whats the point come Jan if Bens healthy and we are 8-8?

This offense has gone from one extreme to the other. From BA's constant bubble screens and 7 step drops, to Haley with this small ball shit (and bbl screens last night) and predictable first down runs. I mean what's wrong with having an offense that can do both, hit you with short to imtermediate routes, AND taking 5-6 shots downfield a game with one of the fastest receiving corps in the league? He is getting Heath more involved as well as the RBs in the passing game, but c'mon, this offense still is inconsistent at best.

I was one of the main people screaming for BA to go. Todd Haley so far has not done much to make me forget the BA experience. He'd better get this offense cranking. Everybody has dropped 30 on the Titans, yet we struggled to score 23. We have way too much talent for this bullshit.

For fear of griping in a none sanctioned griping thread.... But here goes anyway.

Hard to run a bubble screen when the WR that is suppose to block doesn't block.
Hard to run a bubble screen when the WR catching the ball runs into the blocking WR, not once, not twice but three times.
Hard to run a bubble screen when the pass bounces up to the WR who is about to run into the blocking WR.

Just because it works great in All_Madden, doesn't mean its going to eventually work in the game after trying it 10 times.

I really dont feel there is a major offense problem when the CB lets anyone WR catch anything they want. Or when he gives up 400 yards in penalties in 5 games

Granted, I'm not a "Haley Fan" yet, but I'll give the Offense a pass for this game because of the sudden and rather devastating injuries to FOUR key players suffered during the game.
Yet despite those injuries, the Offense still managed to put up 24 points which by anyone's measure ought to be MORE THAN ENOUGH to beat a bunch of stiff's with a backup QB.

But Noooooo...

Our "NUMBER ONE DEFENSE" still found a way to let one of the worst teams in the league march up and down the field countless times, converting 3rd and 10's into firt downs as if they were being offered for free and allowing YET ANOTHER LATE-GAME 80-YARD SCORING DRIVE, which is what -- the sixth or seventh one just this year alone?

Ah, but the "Stat-Junkies" will point to the "awesome numbers" our NUMBER ONE DEFENSE puts up which of course means absolutely nothing when there are less than 5 minutes left in a game and some team needs a score because at that particular moment in the game, we seem to do everything short of escorting the other team's ball-carriers down the field so they won't have too much trouble crossing the goal line --- OUR goal line.

After all, why should we bother ourselves with such things when we can just blame Tomlin or Polamalu's leg or the Mayan Calendar instead of pointing the finger where it clearly belongs --- in Dick LeBeau's face!?
