Default Pregame/Halftime pep talks

Just wondering who on our team does the pep talks before the 2nd half begins and before the game starts? I rarely see pregame coverage of the Steelers, just everyone else, but I'm hoping this is something we still do.

Noll never did. Cowher used to get the players whipped up into a frenzy. I don't know what Tomlin does, but I'm guessing that it's more towards the Noll side of that pendulum.

Wait... are you talking about players (a la Joey Porter)?

the OL shouldn't need a pep talk, they should already be excited that Marcus Gilbert isn't going to be out there to injure them.

How 'bout...

DO YOUR F***IN' JOB OR YOU'RE BENCHED!

I can't speak for anyone on the team, but something like that would sure get MY attention.

That was Noll... just not loudly (if even spoken at all).

What needs to be said is,

hey back-ups, get ready to play cause the starters
aint even trying.
But then again, there are a few that would love
to sit on the bench and get a fat paycheck.
