As for the Larry Foote reference by another poster. I consistently see Foote getting handled by blockers and at times he doesnt take on the block, he just runs to the hole and stops moving his feet. Larry Foote is only effective as a blitzer.

I actually Big Snack was maybe hampered by his knee injury earlier this season, maybe he will be back to his old self from now on as he was in this game, he definately was on his game, our Def is rounding out nicely right now and it is showing on the field. Barring any more major injuries we are going to continue a nice W streak i think.

Hampton has strung together several solid games in a row now.
By the way, McLendon played 6 snaps. Heyward 5. Jason Worilds subbed Woodley on 13 plays (out of 51). |

hampton would probably start 2-3 more years for the patriots and probably be an upgrade to the ravens terrence cody (someone many steelerfans wanted drafted as hamptons replacement several years back).
steelerfans trash will probably be another teams treasure.

Mclendon has been a beast from what I've seen and I don't think there has been any evidence that Heyward is soft. He has shown flashes but as always, he sits because there are people in front of him. Not because they are better players but becasue of their tenure and Lebeau's love for them. We are fine, in my opinion, for the next several years on the DLine. And Aaron Smith is not coming back and don't expect those results from anyone. He is widely regarded as one of the best 3-4 lineman to ever play the game so it's unrealistic.

It's been concerning for me for a while that Hampton and Keisel are still starting over McClendon and Heyward.
