bills scott chandler just broke team td record for TE with his 7, but he is practically anonymous up in buffalo. thats about all i can think of right now. im sure fleener and tamme will go just because they are luck and mannings teammates.

(thats right, folks... ben wont be going to hawaii unless its as a 2nd or 3rd alternate- brady, manning, luck, tebow consolation prize.)

now in the NFC there is a log jam of good TE's. (gonzalez, witten, bennett, davis)

even though he's injured, Gronkowski will undoubtedly be the AFC starter.

Heath currently has 56 catches for 613 yards and 7TDs. Heath's primary competition for the backup AFC TE spot is Brandon Myers (69-721-4) and Owen Daniels (50-598-6).

He deserves to be in the pro bowl. The fans deciding the pro bowlers kind of takes away from the significance though.

To a man, Steeler players say Heath is probably the best football player on the team. I know Ryan Clark loves him and shows it all the time on Twitter. Not that it means THAT much but a defensive player lauding an offensive players says a lot. Heath is awesome and would maybe be an HOF'er if he played in the right Offense. He should definitely make the Pro Bowl this year.

He won't go while guys like Gronk and Hernandez are in the AFC. He's just not known league-wide like those two are.

Yeah, I mean, the ONLY thing Heath Miller does is do everything the team asks him to do. Double team? No problem. Max protection in the backfield? No problem. Help out a revolving door at RT? No problem. Run routes in the teeth of the defense? No problem. Steam-roll 11 bodies in the turf? No problem. Stretch my 6ft 5 body at the goaline like an agile wideout and hit the pylon? No problem.

Recognized? Nope.

Aaron Hernandez has 27 receptions for 276 yards and 2 TDs so far this season while Heath has 56 catches for 613 yards and 7 TDs.

Heath is going to the Pro Bowl this year.
