Default Steelers bringing in CB Routt for a looksee
Stanford Routt reportedly to work out with Steelers

Routt has not made much of an impression during his free-agent tour since being cut by the Kansas City Chiefs in early November. He's worked out for a number of teams, including the Detroit Lions and Houston Texans. Routt was released by Oakland in February

Per Gerry Dulac.....The Steelers expect Ben Roethlisberger to return and start against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, but they will be without cornerback Ike Taylor for at least two games and possibly longer. Taylor has some form of hairline fracture in his lower right leg

He's very raw and still developing. I don't think he's ready for game action yet and needs another offseason with the team to get fully up to speed and have Carnell Lake's influence.

I do like him, though. I think he has a future with this team.
