I'm not to happy with the Job that Tomlin is doing this year, but all this he's winning with Cowher's players just needs to stop. There have been many coaches that have taken over Super Bowl caliber teams and have done way worse.

If I'm not mistaken Cowher didn't do to well in his last year as a HC. Tomlin has taken his team to 2 Super Bowls since 2007. Only BelliCheat can say that. Cowher has 3 6-10 seasons, 1 7-9 season, and the last season was 8-8.

As I recall many of you were screaming for Cowhers head, now you're longing for him again.
Like I said in the beginning, I'm not happy with the job Tomlin had done this year but let's look at the other coaches, as well Labeau is getting out schemed almost weekly, Haley I don't think is a good fit for this team and let's not forget all of injuries.

This is not a good year for Steelers football, I'm just as pissed as most of you ( I broke shit last night) but, the reality is that we're not a good team and it's everybody's fault......and I mean everybody especially Rooney who superseded Tomlin and fired Arians. I hated Arains as well but if the HC didn't have a problem with him then let him deal with that not the owner, is he playing Jerry Jones now?

I think Haley's system is far better than the previous. We are shooting ourselves in the foot weekly. We're giving away turnovers and not getting any. That's a recipe for losing.

I'm not going to debate which system is better but clearly the players don't like what's called and when it's called. In order for any system to work on any level the people operating within the system have to believe in it.

We are shooting ourselves in the foot and everyone needs to be accountable.

There's not a lot of talent on the Defensive side of the ball for the us to formidable like we were in the past. Most of our players on that side of the ball are way past there prime and the tank is running on empty.

If players like Batch, Leftwhich, Hampton and Foote are still on this team or starting then i would say Mike Tomlin is the problem. I'm not ready to put everything on the HC, this is a veteran team and they should know what it takes to get ready to play football.

Coaches coach and players play.

Forget all that mess. It's been the same players all season long that have fouled things up over and over and over and over and over and over...again.

We sign on Plax and so on and yet they bench them. We put in unproven players like Wallace, Brown who seems to be inconsistant and unprofessional Mendenhall who feels like showing up whenever the hell he feels like it.

Can you say undisciplined? I have heard many of us (myself included) bash on the Ravens for playing so piss poor and being a crap team when lets face it...we are no better. We are anything but inconsistant this year and we have no one really who can catch the ball. Even BB is making Flacco mistakes. What the hell was up with that interception? Why the hell did they not keep it on the ground and run it wide? Damn! Dallas gave us open secondaries we never capitalized on all game! That has nothing to do with the players but BAD coaching and play calls once again by this circus of coaches with Tomlin being the ring leader. It's his job to prepare our guys for battle and teach them the plays. That's not happening. Further more we spend good money on players that we more ego then passion. Their mouths run faster and their talk catches more then they do. It's a joke!

Yes we have been plagued with injuries but it's up to the coach at the beginning of the season to make sure we have qualified back ups that are worth while. Sorry but Leftwich and Batch are not those replacements. There is simply no passion or organization from the players or the coaching staff. Just the same old post game press excuses telling us what we already know. NO PASSION FROM COACHES MEANS NO PASSION FROM PLAYERS!!!

Get mad Tomlin! Show some freaking emotion that you are mad with the players for playing weak and not playing with Steelers pride!

Take their paycheck away from them and say "you have to earn it this week" and see just how quickly they fight. If Tru don't show up make em not get a paycheck. If I work poorly and not up the the bosses standards I'm on the unemployment line. Why pay these guys before they earn it? The heck with that! Why should they care about playing hard? They already got their money so half assed playing is ok. They hear some complaining and yelling but nothing changes. Not a bad wrap I might add but very disappointing to us fans. Week after week after disappointing week of being let down and they seem not to care. Thanks a lot Mendenhall you $&16#+]!,^|!!!!!!! If it were up to me you'd be fired on the spot!

Ok. Thank you all for listening to me rant and I feel better now. Unfortunately I will have to hear more bashing from RatBird fans today about our almost victory again.

The entire Young Money Crew is a train wreck. Weekly mistakes. Fumble and mis-played punt by Brown, another big drop by Sanders, and Wallace' shitty footwork on the sideline killing another drive.

They're really an average group of receivers.

The one that really disappoints me is Sanders, I used to be on the Wallace bandwagon but that is long gone, was never a fan of Brown because of his look at me attitude.
I'll root for whoever is playing for us but will not be fans of all of them.
We need some tough guys, guys like Heath who put the game first and stay focused on the game he's playing.
Get rid of the punks looking for the spotlight, get some damn recievers.

The positions coach needs to instill situational awareness. I feel that Brown is the best all-around receiver on this team that just needs to have some coaching on when to do what.

Yes, he made some mental mistakes yesterday but he is not the only reason the team lost.

I still will take a player (Brown) that gives 200% every single play with a mistake here or there over a one-trick pony (Wallace) that could give a damn and plays at about 50% every single play (unless he goes deep which he pretty much indirectly admitted himself is the only thing he is good at).

Sorry but Heath is the exception, not the norm.

I could care less if a player looks for the spotlight or not, that really is irrelevant in todays game with so many doing so. This is not the military, it's a game that has zero impact in the world affairs. It exists soley for entertainment purposes. Chad Johnson is a perfect example. Yes, he was all about him but you cannot overlook the fact that he was a damn good receiver.

I care that a player is a good teammate and shows up to play every single week more than I do about a receiver flexing his arms when he makes a big play. You are saying they shouldn't be proud and enjoy their accomplishments. Maybe you should take your own self-inventory before critiquing another.

Are you flawless in how you conduct yourself each moment?
