Default My team, the Pittsburgh Steelers Defense.

Kudos and major props to the D and the only real coach on this team, Dick LeBeau.

You played valiantly and heroically today.

And though you have struggled this year to get TOs, you GOT THEM TODAY.

You gave your offense great field position and they did nothing.

You allowed only 6 points yet lost.

But you're not losers in my eyes. You are the only bright spot for this team going ahead.

Your effort today was like the Greeks in the film 300.

Thank you for putting it all out there today against the Bengals and your own offense. In the end you were too outnumbered.

Remember those crying foul at LeBeau and the D earlier this year?

Should be the same issue with the offense then. Offense was playing amazing at the beginning of the year and it turned around. This team needs to get back to basic football.

Actually I'm angry because our Defense did NOT WIN the game, despite our Offense.
I thought our Defense was #1, how dare they NOT put up points, and win this game for us. !

I think some of those complaints were valid at the time. However, the defense played way more aggressive today than it did all season, and it paid off in terms of turnovers. Hopefully that is something they can take into next season.

Yes , Thank You Defense for wanting to show up and fight

It was rough early in the season....but you did what good professionals and especially Steelers do,dig and scratch every week to get better

They got nicked up toward the end but still showed the heart of a champion

Got to hand it to this Defense, even with the issues they had this season, they kept getting better and better. Too bad the Offense went in the other direction.

Once t he bubble screens came back, the offense went down hill. Once again, im wondering who is responsible for turning our offense into a throw back of the BA era.
