Bengals and Browns both have well over $40M to spend... With the most cap space for 2013, the Bengals have their eyes on their money. The Cincinnati Bengals saved $8.5 million of cap room in 2012 and made the playoffs for the second consecutive year. They have $55.1 million of room. The Cleveland Browns saved $14.3 million of room in 2012 and now have $48.9 million. After being tight against the cap in 2012, the Indianapolis Colts now have $46 million of room. The Steelers are $10.8M over http://espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2012...t-cap-strategy |

^The Bengals having that much free money is a frightening thing. The Browns is not.

I thought the Bengals had a pretty good draft class last year, it seems like their FO is doing a thing. Yeah it is scary how much money they have right now.

The Bengals and Browns having that much cap space shouldn't scare anyone. You can't buy championships - ask the Eagles.
