didn't know that, but I did hear that they have a lot of rookie contracts ending in the next year or so, but I don't know anything specific.

If they do it right, they'll be able to put a good team together, if they do it how they normally do, they'll let the team fall apart and go back to normal Browns football.

With the most cap space for 2013, the Bengals have their eyes on their money.

The Cincinnati Bengals saved $8.5 million of cap room in 2012 and made the playoffs for the second consecutive year. They have $55.1 million of room.

The Cleveland Browns saved $14.3 million of room in 2012 and now have $48.9 million.

After being tight against the cap in 2012, the Indianapolis Colts now have $46 million of room.

The Steelers are $10.8M over

I thought the Bengals had a pretty good draft class last year, it seems like their FO is doing a thing. Yeah it is scary how much money they have right now.

The Bengals and Browns having that much cap space shouldn't scare anyone. You can't buy championships - ask the Eagles.
