Great win last night. Way to come back from being down 4-1, against a rival on the road. I was really impressed. It's nice to see Kunitz elevating his game. He appears more in sync and in rhythm with the offense. Maybe he is starting to find his role... whatever it is I hope he keeps it up!

My concerns... the PK. We yielded 2 more PPGs last night. The Flyers seem to kill our PK every time we play them. I cannot remember the last time we held them off the board on the PP. This leads me...

Fleury. Somehow he cannot solve the Flyers. They seem to get to him. He can never produce a shutout against them or hold them to a goal. They must be able to somehow get inside his head. Vokoun got the W last night, but Flower's GAA will take a hit. He's got to find a way to elevate his game against Philly. Especially if we play them in the playoffs again.

I agree on both ends. *** the Leafs!! We owe them for beating us earlier this season. We've played moderately well in Toronto since the lockout so I hope Lady Luck is on our side tonight! Plus, it's always nice to beat the Canadian teams.

Flyers always seem to get garbage goals on Fleury....

"According to Ron Cook of the Post-Gazette and 93.7 The Fan, Vokoun told his teammates to stop playing dumb hockey. Stop making silly plays with the puck, play simple, and everything will fall into place."

I could of told them that

#Pens coach Bylsma said Marc-Andre Fleury will be tonight's starting goaltender against the Maple Leafs.

Haha! Nice one Vokoun.

Sometimes you need to hear it from a teammate. Surprised Brooks hasn't blown his top yet lol.

I like this move. Give Flower the opportunity to redeem himself. I bet he is itching to get out there and put together a solid 60 minutes.

Well that was a draining game. 5-4 shootout win after giving up a 3-1 lead.

Fun to watch wide open games though., you gotta admit.

Sid was a beast all night again, I'd say the rust is officially off him and Beau is fitting in nicely on Malkins line

MALKIN UPDATE: Upper body injury on Malkin. Not a head injury. He was kept out for precautionary reasons.

shoulder is what I'm hearing

I wonder if he is day-to-day, and if he will play tonight. I sure hope he is not going to miss more time. Smart coaching move to keep him on the bench; no need to risk sending him out there.

It was a fun game to watch, up and down the ice. Still, the PK looked pretty bad. I believe Toronto converted on 2 of 3 PPs. Pens need to get it together on defense. On the Leafs 2nd goal, why was Letang playing in front of the net? He's not even a big player. I believe Orpik usually works with the screener...

Are we looking at Vokoun tonight?
