Default The Rooney's love a good Catholic Boy.

When no one out there wants Tim Tebow ...

and the Steelers can get him for a vet minimum....

he will be behind Ben to light a fire under his arse.

In light of the Rainey and T'amu situations wouldn't a good Cathelic boy like Tim be loved by the Rooney family?

On the 8th day God Said, "Let there be Tebow"

As a backup QB, he'd be better than Batch or Leftwich.

He really isn't. You can't create a new set of plays for a backup and Tebow would need a specifically designed offense to have any success. Now if he wanted to be the #2 TE, I'm all for it.

If he were willing to conert to TE I wouldn't be opposed.

How would it light a fire under Ben's ass? It didn't even do that to Sanchez, and Sanchez actually had a lot to worry about. Ben has won 2 SB's and has made some of the biggest plays in Steelers history, Tebow behind him wouldn't change anything.

I don't think Tebow offers us anything. He's not that good of a passer and we already have a FB.

Ask a bunch of the Southerners who'd probably get offended if they saw that Tim Tebow was referred to as a Catholic.

you mean Cathelic don't you?

there's enough football debates and "Odumba" comments - now we're getting into geo-religion?

This was a bad season.
