As I've said in other threads, I'd like to see how the four blue-chippers look BEFORE adding a fifth cog. But... if it's Warper Coomack, I wouldn't be upset. Those two are of the DD ilk, and would make this O-line insane!!!

That said, I would prefer Vaccaro, Austin, Eifert... and one other player.

I would be happy with Cooper/Warmack, or with a strong OT. Foster should be depth, and I'm very concerned about Gilbert after his debacle last season.

We have needs everywhere, of course. But despite the recent additions on the OL, we're not there yet - if only because the OL has been neglected for so long.

Steelers are in a great draft situation; we can pretty much go for the best player available in every round.

All though it sounds good to say let them gel all ready....the fact of the matter they've played very little together due to injury So if the bpa is Cooper/Warmack why not let either one of these guys gel with the unit over foster ? Gilbert or Adams at Lt is uneasy at best , if Foster is lined up beside said Lt , that makes a scary blindside !

i've been saying if we happen to take a lineman which i dont think we will at 17... we better rush for 3000 yards and ben better not be touched this year..

i see us adding o line depth with barrett jones in round 4 or 5 as he can play all 3 postion and maybe one other guy.

and than you have beachum, jones, another guy as back ups

we really need playmakers, than again ben can make guys play makers if he has time to throw

Yes he can make plays if he has time to throw and if we can establish the run and have balance on offense like we did before the injury bug hit Ben and the entire line , we will be fine. I'm confident we will find a back, receiver, and Te somewhere in this draft. This draft can make or break us. We have needs on both sides of the ball , hopefully the depth of this draft can help us fill our needs. I'm actually fine with bpa at a position of need.

Who's Warper Coomack?

I don't think he's rated to be drafted at all. Probably an undrafted free agent. Thanks for playing!

I'd preffer it actually. A left tackle. Only if there is no stud a MLB available. We can draft a WR in later rounds. That seems to be colberts talent, Finding late round WR's.

If we sure up our o line it'll only make our current rbs more productive. and therefore our entire offense. If not then we can draft a rb next season.

MLB, O line, ROLB, and WR is my priority list.

I would not be upset if we went OL at 17. The game starts up front and you can never have enough good offensive linemen. Ben took a pounding behind the o-line last year and got hurt, thus, ultimatly ending the Steelers playoff hopes. ( I know they still had a chance to make it to the playoffs when Ben came back and he blew it, but I dont think he was 100 percent healthy ). Lets face it, without a healthy upright Big Ben, this team goes nowhere. So if investing in some good o-linemen means this will happen, then I am all for it. Now with that beeing said, yes we do need some play makers at the skill positions on both offense and defense.
