Default Trevardo Williams

Anyone have some info on ole Trevardo?

Ran a faster 40 than Barkevious Mingo at 4.56, put up 30 reps of 225 so he has very good strength, and he recorded 11.5 sacks last season (recording at least one sack in all but one game).

Could anybody suggest which round he might be taken in and why more people aren't talking about him considering he had the best numbers at the combine and he had good production last year?

Projected round of 3-5 at nfl draft scout.

A score of 66.1 at nfl.com out of a 100 . The negatives about him listed are

Undersized for a 4-3 defensive end at his current weight, can be engulfed by better tackles, or even tight ends. Needs to develop more power in the legs. Not violent off of contact, will be stop in his tracks if initial move fails. Does not look fluid back pedalling when asked to drop into coverage, is not practiced in man against running backs and tight ends for a move to linebacker. Constantly taken to the ground and unable to recover from cut blocks. Needs a variety of pass rush moves to beat NFL linemen.

Seems like a safe pick only if taken in the 5th or so by us to try and develop. Would feel better about taking one sooner starting with say a Jamie Collins down to a John Simon.

Thanks for the feedback. I just noticed his combine numbers looked good and how that translated to his actual play and projection. Very helpful.
