Winners/Losers of 2013 Draft
Teams that stood out 1st round:
Jets - Got rid of distraction Revis and cut 14.5 million off their salary cap while replacing him with the best cornerback in the draft. Alternatively Revis would have been forced to play 1 more year and then quit the team leaving them with nothing.
Vikings - Got rid of distraction Harvin to the Seahawks and cut 11.5 million off their salary cap while gaining Xavier Rhodes with the pick.
Raiders - Would have drafted DJ Hayden 3rd which would have been a huge reach. Gained Dolphins second pick and have a shot at Geno Smith anyways.
Bills - traded out of 8th to draft a quarterback no team was going to take in the first round. Seriously, which team did they think was going to steal EJ Manuel in the first when all of the teams who were quarterback desperate had already drafted?

Re: Winners/Losers of 2013 Draft
The Steelers got to be in there as winners. Getting Jarvis Jones at #17 was a steal for a guy that is widely considered the best pass rushing OLB in the draft and was projected by some as a top 5 or top 10 pick. Definitely agree on the Cowboys. I'm not sure what the hell they were thinking and their fans can and should be angry. The Bills were terrible as usual. There's a reason they haven't been to the playoffs since 1999. Nassib would've been the smart pick for that team considering their coach was coaching him at Syracuse. He would've fit better into their system. Manuel is more of a project IMO. Hell I think Barkley would've been a much better choice than Manuel and I can't stand that guy.
