I just bought Anchorman 2 on Blu-Ray this week. Going to be watching it tomorrow with some friends. I hope it's as good as the first one.

It was pretty obvious that the boy was going to be Abby's new guardian (and suffer the same fate as the old man: killing a person per week for her to feed on). This was obvious... and thus, I thought that the final act was going to be him realizing his horrific fate, and breaking free from her.

Alas... it just ended with him doomed: taking the place of the old man.

It was good, but it could have been so much better (if that final conflict had been addressed).
give "Byzantium" a go if you liked "let me in".

it's a "vampire" movie , but not your typical "vampire" movie. it's not action packed with a bunch of blood and murder. it's more of a drama tail in the mold of "let me in".

Read this when you've seen it.

As far as vampire movies, a weird one I saw and liked was a Filipino subtitled flick called "Aswang". Another lesser-known vampire movie i remember being good was "Subspecies", but it has been a really long time since I've seen that one.

Both great choices. I saw Grand Budapest Hotel last weekend. If you like We Anderson, you'll thoroughly enjoy the movie.

If you don't go see The Winter Soldier this weekend, you hate America.

Bullshit. Marvel has the most meticulous plan in Hollywood. They've laid out a plan involving new characters all the way up to 2028. Marvel is the exact opposite of lazy.
