Default Joey Porter Addition to Defense

With the addition to the Steeler's Defensive coaching. Has there been a defined change in play to that of his own play style?

Last year I saw a lot of guys moping around. When things weren't going well, heads were hung low. At this point, this season we're miles ahead of where we were last season. I think Joey Porter has instilled an attitude in these guys. Some are young, and making mistakes like Spence for example, but I don't see the moping around like I did last season and I think we have Joey Porter and James Harrison to thank for that.
