Ohio is a very resourceful state and Cleveland is a great town. I am not a Browns fan but I am a fan of Ohio for 2 reasons

1) it is on our way to da burgh

2) I love the Football Hall of Fame in Canton.

Rankings like this one can be misleading. The ultimate factor for any city is it's liveability. Thet's based on a variety of factors such as cost of living, access to quality health care and education, and job growth. To brag about your city, or rag on someone else's city, based on how rich or poor they are is a pretty ridiculous standard.
