C'mon, guys.
Does it matter? Point is, those other teams are only becoming better competition. Cincy looks like the team to beat, B-more really is the same, and I don't know about you but I don't want to be 2nd to last in the AFC next to the Browns.

The point of preseason isn't winning. It's to evaluate players. 2008 Lions, 4-0 preseason. 0-16 regular season.

I do think it's a big deal. We CAN NOT put up 30 points or more a game. It's been that way for too damn long. I wanna see some god damn points! The rest of the AFC North scored 105 combined points this week.
The over/under is only 36 tonight so don't give up hope yet if you have the over

It's the preseason - biggest play of the night for me was when Ben finished up without getting hurt

You're judging our offense right now based on the ability of the second team. You have to see how ridiculous that is.

As for clock management, Ben was calling the timeouts because he's running the hurry up and calls were getting mixed up.

Let's make serious judgments based on the first quarter of the preseason game!

understood. But when we go the entire last season scoring nothing but FG's - and we start this game off (pre-season or not) with 2 f-ing FG's - i can understand the "here we go again" attitude

me too. I'm always worried he's going to go down in one of these pre-season games.

That's a good point. We don't want FGs, we want TDs. But let's say if we were up by 20 right now, does that mean our offense is extremely potent and can score 30+ every game? No. It'd be nice to see a TD, but it's preseason.

I understand the first part. Typical offense missing the calls.

That 1st quarter was lackluster. I'm with TRH. I'm tired of field goals. We're not Cleveland.

This team has a history of doing the same crap in regular season that they do in pre-season.
